I have unfortunately experienced a lot of issues with my order from VDC. Sadly, Victoria Walk, the owner/operator of
A quick summary of what I experienced:
- Was oversold on products (I specifically requested on many
occasions to fill a large flat rate priority mail box which she accepted. I ended
up with a box more than twice these dimensions).
- Being repeatedly lied to and/or being given many
excuses in regards to her delays or other failings.
- Receiving products that were broken due to a complete lack
of proper packaging.
- Refusal to replace or refund said broken items.
Without further ado, here is the beginning of our exchange:
It is obvious from almost the very beginning that I clearly requested using a large flat rate priority box. This was referenced in my messages above from June 7th @ 9:34pm, June 8th @ 8:25am AND July 5th @ 11:09pm.
Yet Vickie still maintains as of November 29th 2012 (our last communication) that things just didn't happen this way...
